The annual All Schools Football Tournament that recently took place at Valentine Sports Park on 25th and 26th June brought together an exciting tournament of the best Boys and Girls footballers from NSW schools, from Combined High Schools (CHS), Combined Catholic Colleges (CCC) and Combined Independent Schools (CIS).

The 19 Years Boys Championship’s winner were not decided until the last few games.

CHS 1 and CHS 2 finished equal on points, with CHS 1 winning on superior goal difference.

Two NSW All Schools squads were selected from these games.

These two squads will play against squads from Queensland and the ACT in a series of games at Valentine Sports Park on 26th and 27th July.

The 18 Years Girls Championship was one by CHS 1 by a clear margin.

A NSW All Schools team was selected to play at the Schools Sport Australia National Championships in Shepparton, Victoria, in late August.

The 16 Years Boys played games at the tournament as a selection trial, not for a championship. A NSW All Schools team was selected to play at the same National Championships as the 18 Years Girls.
