Football NSW prepares for National CP Football Championships

Football NSW will be hosting the National CP Football Championships for a third year with kick off set for Thursday 11th of October at Valentine Sports Park

The 7-a-side Paralympic nationals will showcase the talented upcoming junior players and current Pararoos stars in the four day championship.

The 2018 National CP Football Championships will be held at the home of Football NSW  from the 11th to the 14th of October.

The tournament will see the best of the best battle it out for the Australia title. as well as showcase some of the current and upcoming Pararoos players whilst representing their respective states.

The NSW Parablues will be looking to defend their title after taking out the 2017 title for a 13th time since the first nationals in 2004.

The likes of Capital Football, Victoria and Western Australia will be out to spoil the Blues’ party but overall the tournament is shaping up to be one of the most competitive yet.

A junior come and try day will also be hosted on the commencing day of the tournament (11th of November) for anyone aged between 5-18 years of age with Cerebral Palsy, Acquired Brain Injury or symptoms resulting from stroke.
