Camden Tigers ‘Go Pink’ for Female Football Week

Camden Tigers iconic ‘Go Pink’ celebration day was a creative and engaging way for the community to support female football week and build on previous successes.

On Saturday 1st June, Ron Dine Reserve was inundated with girls of all ages varying from as young as 3 to 18 years old.

A fantastic and exciting day to for all to enjoy the female game and the enthusiasm from the Camden Tigers Football Club and their committee filtered right through onto the football field.

Football NSW’s community team also attended the festivities and engaged with the girls by providing the extremely popular inflatable dartboard, as well as giving out the famous purple Female Football week merchandise which included headbands, stickers and card holders.

The girls were extremely enthusiastic to celebrate female football in their community and demonstrated their love for the game by turning on the action.

Representing their club with pride and sportsmanship throughout the day and strong participation from within the club.

A successful day that demonstrated the strong passion seen at Camden Tigers Football Club for supporting the female game.
