Female Football Week well represented at Asquith SC

Northern Suburbs Football Association side Asquith Soccer Club hosted their female football week celebrations on Sunday 2nd June at Asquith Park with their Goals for Girls Day.

The day consisted of exciting games of female football, jumping castles, specially made Asquith SC cupcakes and a BBQ for all to enjoy.

Football NSW’s community team also supported the day by providing the popular dartboard for the kids to engage with and also handed out the famous purple Female Football Week merchandise which included headbands, wristbands, card holders and bouncy balls.

The day demonstrated a strong community within Asquith SC and their commitment to supporting female football.

A great day out in the park, watching future Matildas of Australia and celebrating girls’ involvement within community football.
