It was clear blue skies, sunshine and smiles as Parramatta City FC hosted more than sixty under 6’s and 7’s teams at the Granville District Soccer FA Gala Day on Saturday 29th June at Eric Primrose Reserve in Rydalmere.
The local community gathered to experience a fun-filled day of football and various activities including an ALDI MiniRoos shooting target, organised by Football NSW’s Isabella Whitton and Cameron Whitton, and featured the Western Sydney Wanderers’ dribble zone and cage-ball.
Participants of associated clubs from all different backgrounds showcased their skills and even some exciting goal celebrations to highlight a memorable occasion.
While families watched on, treating themselves to some excellent souvlaki arranged by the club.
GDSFA’s Director for Community Inclusion, MiniRoos and Media Relations Gab Dracopoulos was excited with how the day unfolded.
