Football NSW is pleased to announce the appointment of Jordan Guerreiro as its new Futsal Manager.

Jordan is no stranger to the game having over 17 years of Futsal experience as a player including representing the country with the national team, the Futsalroos, 11 times.

He has also coached for more than 8 years including recently being amongst our State Futsal Teams at the 2019 National Futsal Championships.

Jordan was a graduate of FC11 where he completed his Diploma in Sports Development. On completion of his Diploma, he obtained his Futsal Coaching License and commenced coaching futsal as well as running some of FC11’s Strength and Conditioning sessions.

In announcing Jordan’s appointment Chief Executive Stuart Hodge stated.

“Futsal remains a key part of our strategic vision here at Football NSW and we will continue to drive this aspect of our game through our accredited centres, clubs and schools. Jordan brings to the organisation a tremendous amount of experience in the game and a youthful and enthusiastic approach which I am sure will be of great benefit to all”.

Jordan was ready for the hard work in promoting and pushing Futsal to the limits in NSW.

“It is a privilege to be a part of Football NSW and its aim to drive the sport forward and its awareness in the local community in Centres, Associations and Schools. I look forward to working with new and existing affiliated centres and schools to develop our game”.

Amongst Jordan’s priorities are the promotion and implementation of a number of coaching courses at various levels and introducing himself to the many accredited futsal centres and clubs and working with them to grow the sport.
