Richmond Ex-Servicemen’s Soccer Club celebrate ALDI MiniRoos season in style

It was a picturesque Saturday suitable for the occasion as Richmond Ex-Servicemen’s Soccer Club finished off the ALDI MiniRoos season in style with their club presentation day for the Under 6’s, 7’s and 9’s
A frantic morning unfolded as parents raced to their kids’ final games at parks throughout the Nepean Football Association before heading back to Icely Park in Richmond for some fun-filled activities and of course, the trophy presentation.
The club’s committee members and other delightful volunteers kick-started the day early, preparing for the event and eagerly anticipating the arrival of family and friends in support of our beloved ALDI MiniRoos.
Highlights of the day included a Little Rascals Jumping Castle, face painting by Sydney Fun Faces and Football NSW’s own ALDI MiniRoos Shooting Target – organised by Game Development Officers, Bella Whitton and Eraga Magotti, to keep the kids happily entertained.
Coaches and managers watched on as the kids showed off their glitzy skills in front of goal with each player receiving a prize for having a go.
There was also a free sausage sizzle and slushies offered to ease any sign of hunger or thirst.
At 11am, the ALDI MiniRoos were presented with their trophies symbolic of the commitment, dedication and teamwork they have show during the season.
Football NSW would like to congratulate all recipients on their wonderful efforts.
