Second 2019 FFA/AFC ‘B’ Licence completed with Football New South Wales at Valentine Sports Park.
Football New South Wales has recently completed its second B Licence course for 2019 with a further 2 courses starting this year at Valentine Sports Park in November.
The ‘B’ Licence is the second step on the FFA advanced coach development pathway for coaches which further teaches the FFA vision and philosophy and further expands on the FFA coach expertise model.
Coach Education is a key component of Football Federation Australia’s Football Development Plan.
Coaches at all levels play a crucial role in ensuring that football is an enjoyable experience for everyone, as well as laying the foundation for the development of better players.
The Course which was delivered by Stefan Busso, Chris Adams, Football New South Wales Coach Development Manager, Andrew Taylor, Football New South Wales Manager Talented Player Pathways and Football New South Wales Mens & Boys Technical Director Warren Grieve.
Coach Development Manager Chris Adams was once again delighted with the course “It is terrific to see coaches from across all levels of the game here in New South Wales converge onto Valentine Sports Park to complete the final part of their B Licence, coaching courses provide candidates the chance to learn formally through course content but also develop themselves from working and learning from their peers, Our demand for B Licence courses is ever increasing and this is testament to the work being done by clubs and associations to empower their coaches to develop themselves”
