Futsal Cup edges closer to grand finale
The final draw of the prestigious Futsal Cup proudly presented by Indoor 5’s took place at Football NSW headquarters on Friday as the remaining teams learned their fate in the knockout tournament.
Football NSW CEO Stuart Hodge did the honours drawing each of the remaining Men’s Women’s clubs from a pot with two matches set to conclude the Quarter-Final stages with Boomerangs F.S. taking on UTS Northside in the Women’s next Tuesday followed by the Enfield Allstars taking on the Boomerangs F.S. in the Men’s.
The reason these matches will be played next week was due to the fact that both games were postponed due to the intense heatwave and bushfires that swept through NSW on Tuesday.
