Cromer Park to host 2023 Football NSW State Cup

Cromer Park, home to the Manly Warringah Football Association, will host the 2023 Football NSW State Cup Finals to be played on Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th of July.

Association teams from across NSW are set to converge in Sydney’s Northern Beaches in what will be a memorable Finals weekend spread across two-days with the Girls and Women’s matches taking shape on the Saturday and the Boys and Men’s on the Sunday.

Manly Warringah Football Association Chief Executive Officer David Mason was thrilled to be hosting such a prestigious association event.

“The Football NSW State Cup is a fantastic tournament and the MWFA is thrilled to be hosting the 2023 Finals at Cromer Park across two huge days of top-level association football.

“Cromer Park is a first-class football facility and we look forward to hosting teams from all over NSW in what will be a special day for everyone involved with the sport.”

The likes of the Robertson Cup (21 Men) and Bill Cullinan Cup (All Age Men) will be featured on what will be a great weekend for Football in NSW.

Fourteen Finals matches will be played starting from the 13’s right through to the Over 35 men.

Traditionally, the State Cup Finals are played at the home of Football, Valentine Sports Park. The venue has been selected to host the French National Women’s team set to participate in the upcoming 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup ruling out the venue.

Association clubs across NSW are currently vying for a finals spot as the knockout competition sets up for Round 4 this weekend before the semi-finals take place on Sunday 2nd of July.
