FNSW Metro 14 Boys crowned State Of Origin Champions
Football NSW’s Under 14 Metro side took out the 2024 Boys State Of Origin Tournament following a penalty shootout win over Football Queensland White hosted by Maroochydore Football Club over the weekend.
Coached by Football NSW’s Player Development Manager – Boys Phil Myall, the squad went through the entire tournament undefeated such was their dominance.
Meanwhile Football NSW’s Metro and County Under 14 Girls fell short of playing in the final as both went down in their semi-final clashes.
The FNSW Metro Girls side did take out the bronze medal following a 2-0 victory over their Country counterparts.
