The Football NSW Insurance Program includes Personal Accident insurance for appropriately registered players and/or non-playing officials that are injured while engaged in activities sanctioned by Football NSW. The Personal Accident insurance this year aligns with the National Insurance Program, ensuring the continued provision of Capital benefits and non-Medicare medical benefits and sustainability of the program.

As part of that insurance cover, appropriately registered participants may be entitled to a Loss of Income Benefit in certain circumstances.

Boost Your Protection with Personal Injury Top-Up Cover

As a registered Football NSW player or non-playing official, you can increase your Weekly Injury Benefit under the Personal Accident program.

 What Does It Cover?

It applies to injuries sustained during:

  • Official matches and training
  • Travel to and from games or training
  • Tours sanctioned by Football NSW, and
  • Club administrative and/or organised club social and fundraising activities

Top-Up Cover provides maximum Loss of Income benefits of:

  • $500 per week, or
  • $750 per week
