Personal Accident Insurance 2025
The Personal Accident Insurance aligns this year with the National Insurance Program, providing cover for Capital Benefits, Non-Medicare Medical expenses, Loss of Income and other policy benefits, and ensures the sustainability of the program for Football NSW and its associations, clubs and participants.
Lodging ;claims remains via the National online claims portal, with the Club Declaration form still to be downloaded by the claimant and then signed by the club to confirm the injury was sustained during official participation and to confirm the claimant was registered at time of injury. Once signed by the club, the Club Declaration is then returned to the participant to be uploaded into the claims portal.
