Football NSW ParaMatilda star Tamsin Colley continues to be a driving force for inclusion in the game, headlining the upcoming “She Kicks” all-abilities football skills program in partnership with Hurlstone Park Wanderers FC.

The 23-year-old Australian Paralympian, who proudly represented the green and gold at the 2016 Rio Paralympics, remains a strong advocate for accessibility and opportunity within football, using her platform to inspire the next generation of players.

The “She Kicks” program has been designed to provide exposure, access and opportunity for new and aspiring ambulant female footballers of all abilities, delivered in a fun, supportive and inclusive environment.

Running over six weeks from 26 May through to 30 June, sessions will be held at Ewen Park, Hurlstone Park, with the program catering for girls and women aged 12 and over.

The initiative highlights the ongoing commitment from both Football Canterbury and Hurlstone Park Wanderers FC to grow participation in inclusive football, while ensuring more players are given the chance to experience the game in a welcoming environment.

With Colley leading the program, participants will not only develop their football skills but also benefit from the experience and inspiration of one of Australia’s leading ParaMatildas representatives.

More information on how to get involved in the program is available via the official registration link.

Football NSW will also once again host the Football4All Gala Day at Valentine Sports Park on Sunday, 21 June, celebrating inclusion, accessibility and the joy of football for people of all abilities. From players and families to carers, volunteers and supporters, the Football4All Gala Day is all about bringing the community together through football.

Registrations are now open for clubs, individuals, volunteers, as well as marquee and stall holders for this free community event.
