Record-Breaking 2025/2026 Coach Education Season Kicks Off Across NSW
The 2025/2026 Coach Education season has officially kicked off, setting the stage for the biggest year of coach development in Football NSW history.
AFC/FA C Diploma courses launched this week at Lambert Park (Canterbury FA) and Cook Park (Nepean FA), with strong participation and a clear passion for development shining through.
The season also marked a historic moment with the commencement of the first-ever AFC/FA B Diploma course in Wollongong– a significant milestone for coach education in the region.
In total, Football NSW will deliver a record 35 AFC/FA C Diplomas and 13 AFC/FA B Diplomas throughout the season – more than ever before and with registrations still open there’s plenty of opportunity for coaches to get involved.
Coach Education Manager Chris Adams said the strong start reflects the growing enthusiasm and commitment to coaching across NSW.
“We’re proud to kick off what will be a record-breaking season for coach education in NSW. The appetite for learning and development among our coaches has never been stronger.
“It’s also exciting to be delivering the first ever B Diploma in Wollongong – a testament to how far the game has come across the entire region.”
