Round 12 Preview – League Two Men’s
With nights getting colder, the football action is heating up in Round 12 of the 2026 Football NSW League Two Men’s season, with a congested mid-season ladder presenting opportunities for many teams.
Match of the Round: Gladesville Ryde Magic vs Dunbar Rovers FC
Saturday, 25 April 2026 – 5:30pm, Christie Park
Gladesville Ryde Magic will be hoping to snap a four-match losing streak when they host a Dunbar Rovers FC side chasing a fourth consecutive win.
Gladesville scored their first goals in three weeks away to Granville Rage last week, but will be aiming to secure their first home win of the season, having lost four and drawn one at home so far.
Dunbar, meanwhile, have moved into the top half of the ladder and continue to close in on the leading pack following their win over Inner West Hawks FC. They will also be targeting a third consecutive clean sheet as they push further up the table.
With Gladesville looking to turn Christie Park into a fortress as the weather cools, and Dunbar aiming for a third straight head-to-head win, both sides will be eager to claim all three points.
Bankstown United FC vs Mounties Wanderers FC
Friday, 24 April 2026 – 8:00pm, Padstow Park
Bankstown United will be aiming to respond after their first loss in five matches, which came at home to Parramatta FC last week. They will also have one eye on their Australia Cup fifth preliminary round clash midweek against Illawarra Premier League side Coniston FC.
League leaders Mounties Wanderers return from a bye and will be looking to extend their five-match winning streak. Currently holding an eight-point lead at the top, they have been dominant, averaging 3.5 goals per game.
Nepean FC vs Sydney University SFC
Friday, 24 April 2026 – 8:00pm, Jamison Park
Nepean FC will be hoping to break a five-match winless run as they host Sydney University SFC, aiming to rediscover their early-season form.
Sydney University, meanwhile, have won three of their last four matches and will be targeting just their second away win of the season as they continue their push toward the top half of the ladder.
Fraser Park FC vs Granville Rage
Friday, 24 April 2026 – 8:00pm, Fraser Park
Fraser Park will be looking to bounce back from a tough away defeat to South Coast Flame FC, with a focus on defensive solidity as they aim for a third consecutive home clean sheet to remain among the competition’s top sides.
Granville Rage, however, have shown strong attacking form this season and, after scoring five goals last week, will be confident of breaking through Fraser Park’s defence in what shapes as a classic battle between defence and attack.
Central Coast United FC vs Hawkesbury City FC
Friday, 24 April 2026 – 8:00pm, Pluim Park
Central Coast United will be aiming to continue building cohesion as the young side looks to develop combinations and secure a positive result at home against Hawkesbury City FC.
The Hawks come into this clash off their first win in seven matches and will be looking to build momentum with back-to-back victories, as well as claim their first win over Central Coast in four attempts.
Parramatta FC vs South Coast Flame FC
Saturday, 25 April 2026 – 5:00pm, Melita Stadium
A crucial clash near the top of the table sees Parramatta FC aiming to secure a strong home win over South Coast Flame FC.
The Eagles sit second and will be looking to maintain their form despite dealing with injuries and the suspension of talisman Marco Sama following his red card.
South Coast Flame, meanwhile, returned to winning ways last week and will be eager to pose a threat going forward as they look to potentially overtake Parramatta and move into second place.
Camden Tigers FC vs Bonnyrigg White Eagles FC
Saturday, 25 April 2026 – 7:00pm, Ron Dine Memorial Reserve – Carbiz Stadium
Camden Tigers welcome Bonnyrigg White Eagles further into Sydney’s southwest, with the hosts aiming to snap a four-match winless run.
Camden will also be looking to hold onto leads more effectively after surrendering the advantage three times in their draw with Hawkesbury City last weekend.
Bonnyrigg, meanwhile, will be aiming to secure back-to-back wins and close the gap to the top half of the ladder. The White Eagles will again look to Milan Subotic for goals, having won their last four matches in which he has scored.
