From NSW to Indonesia: Alexia Karrys-Stahl making her mark abroad
Football NSW Futsal Premier League Open Women’s talent Alexia Karrys-Stahl is continuing to make waves on the international stage, enjoying a standout start to her overseas futsal career with Indonesian side MSP Merdeka Juara.
A proven performer in the Futsal scene, Karrys-Stahl who represented Australia’s Women’s Futsal side, highlighting her pedigree at both domestic and international level. In 2025, she featured in the Open Women’s competition with UTS Northside Futsal Club, further underlining her status as one of the standout attacking talents in the competition.
No stranger to the outdoor game either, Karrys-Stahl also signed with National Premier Leagues Women’s NSW side UNSW FC, showcasing her versatility across both formats of the game before her opportunity abroad arrived with Merdeka Juara.
Since making the move, the dynamic attacker has made an immediate impression in Indonesia, producing an electric start to her stint overseas and continuing her rise as one of the exciting export stories from the Football NSW futsal pathway.
