JDL Futsal Cup Returns to Stanhope Gardens with Expressions of Interest Now Open
Football NSW is calling on all JDL clubs to register their interest for the upcoming 2026 JDL Futsal Cup, set to take place during the July school holidays at Blacktown Leisure Centre, Stanhope Gardens.
The tournament will be held across two action-packed days, with competition featuring:
- Tuesday 15 July: U9 Boys/Mixed & U10 Girls
- Wednesday 16 July: U10 Boys/Mixed & U11 Girls
Designed as an entry point into futsal within the JDL pathway, the JDL Futsal Cup forms part of Football NSW’s ongoing commitment to broadening development opportunities for young players across the state.
By integrating futsal into the junior development structure, the initiative aims to enhance technical ability, improve decision-making under pressure, and encourage creativity in emerging footballers, key attributes that translate directly into the outdoor game.
The event provides an exciting opportunity for JDL clubs to expose players to a fast-paced, high-tempo environment while continuing their football development during the school holiday period.
Expressions of Interest are now open, with team entries closing on 24 June 2026.
