Since 2023, 150 women from across NSW have taken part in Football NSW leadership programs, representing roles in administration, coaching, refereeing, media and volunteering. This year saw the launch of Football Australia's Women Leading the Game program, a five-week leadership journey focused on building confidence, communication, connection and leadership skills. Led by leadership coach Monica Beazley, the program combined practical workshops, networking opportunities and real-world leadership insights, empowering participants to step outside their comfort zones and grow both personally and professionally 👏

Female Football Week Wrap Up💜 Take a look back at last month's Female Football Week, which was a huge success, with record numbers of both award nominations and community events across NSW.
