Two Vacancies in the Cheryl Salisbury Cup

Invitations are now extended to any Association Club team, or an Association ?representative? team made up of players from clubs within that Association should they wish to participate in this prestigious competition.
For the purposes of completing the draw, the first two nominations received will be accepted and the draw will be completed on Friday afternoon.
