Gibbs Back on field for Manly United
After coming off the bench in Sydney FC?s A-League grand final triumph against Melbourne Victory just over a year ago, the teenager then secured a professional contract in Belgium with Olympic Charleroi.
Things didn?t work out abroad and in a move sure to please United fans, Gibbs took to the field in United?s 3-2 trial defeat against APIA Leichhardt at Lambert Park.

Up against a Tigers outfit featuring the likes of Nick Rizzo and Robbie Younis, APIA were awesome at times, but United didn?t shy away from the task at hand.
Korean midfielder Lee Seung Soo and defender Graeme Forbes both found the back of the net before the Tigers secured the points early in the second half.
Their round one match in the NSW Premier League is away against Sydney United on March 27.
