Mariners Academy snap up Pellegrino and McDonald

IGA NPL NSW Mens 1 side Central Coast Mariners Academy is pleased to announce the signing of former A-league players Adriano Pellegrino and Brad McDonald.
Both players have recently completed contracts in the A-league with the Central Coast Mariners.
Pellegrino comes to CCMA with a wealth of experience as an A-League player having played previously for Perth Glory and the Central Coast Mariners. Originally from Adelaide, Pellegrino’s professionalism will provide the CCMA team with much experience needed to balance the team for the remainder of the season.
Brad McDonald was previously with the Central Coast Mariners and prior to that with the now defunct North Queensland Fury. Having made a number of A-League appearances for both clubs the versatile McDonald is a talented, left-sided defender who began his career in Brisbane.
CCMA Technical Director, Mark Jones is excited by the prospect of having these two seasoned professionals working alongside his developing squad. Jones said “the signing of both Adriano and Brad will add some experience to our young developing squad which will only strengthen and help with the development of the players in the team. They are both seasoned players and their experience can only help advance the boys.”
Both Players will make their debut for CCMA on Saturday night against Apia Leichhardt at Pluim Park. Kick off is 6:30pm.
In 2013, CCMA competes in the top tier of football in NSW – the NSW Premier (Elite 1) competition which provides the players the best opportunity to develop their skills and experience while playing on the Central Coast.
