Football NSW Girls excel at NTC Challenge
It’s been a positive week for the Football NSW U17 Girls who have just completed taking part in the NTC Challenge in Canberra.
The Girls made a huge impact in both the round robin matches and identification games where the various state squads were mixed together.
The first two days saw the Girls register victories over South Australia, Queensland, and Victoria while the team drew against Northern NSW scoring ten goals in total and conceding just 2.
Football NSW coach Sally Wolfison was very impressed with their progress as individuals as a team and their collective ability to adapt and excel quickly amongst new team mates and coaches.
