The highly anticipated Bathurst Cup will take centre stage this weekend as a number of teams will converge into the regional city to participate in the much-hyped pre-season competition.
Football action will take shape across four age groups with the 13, 14, 15 and 16 Boys all locking horns across two days culminating in the Grand Final to be played on Sunday.
Development Manager for Regional Football Andrew Fearnley was looking forward to this weekend’s football festivities.
“The Bathurst Cup will once again as does it does year upon year, provide a competitive environment for teams as they fine-tune their season preparations but also a weekend for teams to enjoy playing football across the round-robin format where teams will play against opposition from outside their normal competitions.
“We cannot wait to welcome all clubs and participants this weekend as we know it will be one of our biggest and best pre-season competitions yet.”
