Prized signings spearhead Inter Lions 2022 campaign

Football NSW League One Women’s club Inter Lions have signaled its intentions of challenging for the 2022 Premiership and Championship after announcing the new signings of Chloe O’Brien, Bryany Parker, Jess Wootton and Bella Donaldson.

Inter Lions coach Michael Cunningham will have some quality talent at his disposal as he hopes to push the club to new heights after announcing his four new additions to his 2022 squad.

Former Young Matildas and W-League star O’Brien is one huge inclusion. Coming across from Manly United, the quality midfielder is sure to make an impact in the League One Women’s competition.

“We are very excited and honoured to have a player such as Chloe O’Brien at Inter Lions FC,” Cunningham stated to Football NSW.

“Chloe brings with her a wealth of experience, and she has a genuine and authentic character.”

Parker, who spent a number of years at Northbridge FC, was eagerly anticipating her new journey with the ambitious club.

“I think it will be a fun and exciting year ahead and I hope to help the club toward a successful campaign,” Parked stated to Football NSW.

Wootton, a former teammate of O’Brien at Manly United, is another player looking forward to making a name for herself at the club as is Donaldson who had recent club stints with the Northern Tigers and Gladesville Ravens.
