APIA Leichhardt Tigers Juniors Gunning for Back-to-Back Champion of Champions Titles
APIA Leichhardt Tigers Juniors FC Over-35s, representing Football Canterbury, will be aiming to defend their crown when they take on Dunbar Rovers from Eastern Suburbs FA in the 2025 Champion of Champions final this Sunday at Valentine Sports Park.
After claiming the 2024 title with a convincing 3-1 win over Penrith Rovers, head coach Daniel Toscano is hoping his experienced squad can once again rise to the occasion and secure the coveted trophy.
The APIA line-up boasts a wealth of talent, with a host of former NPL and professional league players including Michael West, Peter Crevani, Anthony Doumanis, Pascal Lebreux, Stefan De Jesus, Reuben Lagos, Nick Paradisis, Stephen Kayes, and Nefta Gonzalez all expected to take the field.
The Over-35s final is scheduled to kick off at 3:15pm on Field 2 at Valentine Sports Park. With both sides boasting quality and experience, fans can expect a tightly contested battle for the title.
