Wollongong Community Football Club secure major sponsor

In what was a successful night for the club, the 2 major sponsorship opportunities were auctioned off to those in attendance.
WCFC was pleased to announce that the front of shirt sponsor for WCFC in 2009 is Kara?s Smash Repairs.

The back of shirt sponsorship was snapped up by our very own local MP, and football fanatic, Noreen Hay. Noreen has been an extremely valuable supporter of WCFC in our inaugural season and has now also made a financial contribution to the club?s survival.
WCFC would sincerely like to thank Kara?s Smash Repairs and Noreen Hay for their respective contributions to the survival of our fledgling club.
In relation to the overall success of the evening, Vic Cuoco said: ?It was a great night for the club. Given the relatively short notice, and the current economic environment we find ourselves in, we are grateful for the support of our local business community.
?While the funds raised throughout the evening are not enough to guarantee our survival, they will go quite a way to helping us achieve our goal of survival.?
