Hurstville City will entertain struggling side Springwood come Sunday at Belmore Sports Ground. The home-side has suffered two straight losses and will be looking to gain maximum points from this clash. Springwood has struggled in 2009 and will find it difficult when they travel to Hurstville. The home-side will be favourites in this clash.
Gladesville Ryde Magic is in sensational form in 2009 and will be ready to showcase their talent when they host Hakoah on Sunday. The Magic will be difficult to beat with the likes of Kabara and Gatt in some good form. Hakoah do carry experience with captain John Pillemener, and they will be hoping for a repeat performance that saw them dismantle Penang FC last Sunday.
Roosters FC will host in-form Prospect United come Sunday; the home-side picked up a good win away at Bathurst last weekend and will be hoping they can maintain their positive run. However, they face a confident Prospect side who are coming off a 6-2 win against Hurstville City last Saturday. This clash will provide much entertainment as both sides possess quality players across the park.
White City plays host to Camden Tigers on Sunday at Bonnyrigg Sports Ground with the home-side in desperate need to turn around their recent fortunes. Camden Tigers, who picked up a sensational win at home against Fairfield Bulls, will be confident going into this clash. It should be an entertaining contest, one which will test the home-side?s form and character.
Gazy Lansvale welcomes Sydney Cedars to Cherrybrook Park on Sunday, with the home-side eager to bounce back following their loss to Luddenham United last Sunday. Sydney Cedars, who are coming off a good win against White City, will be looking to continue their form. Lansvale will be a dangerous opponent with the likes of Wilson and Alemic in their side, quality players who have been sensational for the Gazy side thus far in 2009.
Fairfield Bulls will be hosting Hawkesbury City at Hajduk Stadium this Sunday. Fairfield Bulls have been disappointing in the past few weeks, and with the away side coming off a win against Colo Colo, the Bulls side will have a tight clash on their hands. This game will prove vital as both sides need maximum points to stay in touch with the top sides.
Colo Colo Wanderers host Luddenham United at Knight Park on Sunday. Luddenham picked up a sensational win against Lansvale with ten-men for a large part of the encounter. The Wanderers will have to bring their best side if they want a result against a side that is playing with a lot of courage and confidence.
