Caitlin Cooper snapped up by the Illawarra Stingrays

21-year-old Caitlin is an uncompromising defender who will strengthen the Stingray defence which has taken a battering with injuries this season.
Caitlin has recovered from a foot injury which has kept her out of the game for the past 3 months and made her debut on Sunday against Macarthur Rams.
Caitlin has had an outstanding start to her career with World Cups in Thailand 2004 and Russia 2006 and was also apart of the 2008 world cup China squad in the preliminary games.
Caitlin was also the captain of the Central Coast Mariners in last years W-League.
Caitlin is the youngest sister of Stingrays captain Jessica Cooper who unfortunately is one of the players on a long injury list.
