Manly coach Phil Moss was devastated upon hearing the news that one of his star players was gone for the year.
?The injury to Robbie a couple of weeks ago was gut-wrenching for him and the boys ? especially happening at this time of the year ? he was hitting form at the right time and was one of our in-form players.
?I really feel for him, he is certainly a hard player to replace but I know he will bounce back better than ever next season.?
Cattanach was obviously distraught upon hearing the news about his unfortunate break and stated to ?The Manly Daily?.
?It?s one of those things, I guess. I can?t do much about it.
?We were in the middle of a training drill and Ben and I got tangled up.
?He fell on me and even though the pain wasn?t intense, I knew I was in a bit of trouble.
?Now I will just have to watch the boys run around.?
