Arrive alive Women?s Premier League Results

In the main event it was the 2009 Premiers Illawarra Stingrays who stormed home with an emphatic 6-1 victory over the Macarthur Rams.
The Stingrays started off the goal scoring spree in the 15th minute through Hailey Kerrigan before Michelle Carney added the second and Trudy Camilleri added a third. Michelle Heyman made it 4-0 in the 58th minute before Rams finally pegged one back through Ashleigh Connor. Ashleigh Connor then scored in the 74th minute to make it 5-1 before Carney bagged her second to end the match 6-1 to the Stingrays who picked up both the Premiership and Championship in their first season of top flight football.
In other matches, the Stingrays took out the Reserve grade Championship with a 4-0 win over Manly United, Marconi Stallions defeated Sydney University 1-0 in extra time in the Under 16?s, the NWS Koalas defeated the Marconi Stallions 2-1 in the Under 14?s while in the Under 12?s Manly United defeated the NWS Koalas 2-1.
