World Masters Games Football Team?s Celebrate Aussie Style at Castle Hill RSL

Over 173 teams from Australia, New Zealand, Guam, Brazil, Canada, USA, Thailand,    Papa New Guinea, Japan, Ukraine, Russia partied throughout the event in the new Cocktail Longue and Lycium.
The event was one of the largest functions hosted in Castle Hill RSL?s history and certainly the most colourful.
Athletes were served a variety of the highest quality Australian cocktail selections including: Emu Prosciutto with Beetroot Mouse, Slow Roasted Kangaroo with Caramelised Onion, Baby Meat Pies with Tomato Sauce, Crocodile Sausage with Mashed Potato Tartlet and Vegemite Jus, Mini Beef Burgers, Tiger Prawns with Cocktail Sauce, Sydney Rock Oysters Natural, Sausage Rolls, Rosemary and Garlic Roast Lamb Cutlet for dessert Mini Pavlova, Mini Lamington and Mini Strawberry Tart.
The catering team led by Executive Chef Paul Clyne set up five mobile kitchens throughout the venue to cater for the function.

Tuesday evening?s football function was hosted in true Aussie Spirit and it was fantastic to see so many of the athletes celebrate in such fantastic spirit. I would also like to congratulate the team of staff from Castle Hill RSL that contributed to the events overwhelming success?.
