The winter temperatures have certainly arrived early this year but that doesn?t really seem to matter when you consider the quality of the football on display at each of the venues.
Club Championship
Blacktown Spartans moved to the top of the table on Saturday afternoon after they had earned ten points from hosting fourth placed Western NSW Panthers while Spirit FC slipped back to second spot as they had the Bye this weekend.
Central Coast are third after the grabbed twelve points at home to sixth placed Fraser Park and Mounties Wanderers are placed fifth thanks to the six points they took from Northern Tigers who have remained at eleventh position.
Seventh placed Sydney Uni had to be satisfied with four points when the met eighth placed Dulwich Hill while Macarthur Rams are ninth after they surprisingly split the points at seven apiece with thirteenth placed Schofields Scorpions and tenth placed Granville Rage also shared the points at seven apiece with twelfth placed West Sydney Berries.
There were a number of catch-up matches played this week and they have had an impact on the structure of the competition tables. As usual, there were quite a few ?upsets? among the scores.
From Round 6 Dulwich Hill earned twelve points from the four matches played against Schofields Scorpions, from Round 8 Spirit FC took ten points from their encounter with Western NSW Panthers while the clash between Fraser Park and Sydney University ended with each club taking seven points and from Round 9 Central Coast pocketed twelve points from their meeting with Mounties Wanderers and Granville Rage took all twelve points from the four matches played against Northern Tigers.
On the table Spirit FC have moved back to the top and they are followed by Blacktown Spartans, Central Coast, Western NSW Panthers and Fraser Park. That top groups is being very closely pursued by Dulwich Hill, Sydney University, Mounties Wanderers and Granville Rage. The next group has Macarthur Rams, Northern Tigers, West Sydney Berries and Schofields Scorpions.
Grade 13
Central Coast retained the top spot on the ladder when they were 5-0 winners over thirteenth placed Fraser Park and Blacktown Spartans are second after their 2-0 success over Western NSW Panthers who have fallen back two places to sixth.
Macarthur Rams remained at third after they were held to a 2-2 draw by eighth placed Schofields Scorpions and the Skillaroos jumped two places to fourth when they were 4-0 winners over Spirit FC who have tumbled back two places to seventh.
Mounties Wanderers climbed two places to fifth with a 3-0 victory over fourteenth placed Northern Tigers and West Sydney Berries remained at ninth after they posted a 5-0 win over twelfth placed Granville Rage while tenth placed Sydney University downed eleventh paced Dulwich Hill with a 4-0 scoreline.
In catch-up matches from Round 8 Spirit FC played out a scoreless draw with Western NSW Panthers while Fraser Park were 2-0 winners over Sydney University and from Round 9 the Skillaroos won 4-2 when they faced Schofields Scorpions, Mounties Wanderers lost 4-0 to Central Coast and Granville Rage came up with a 1-0 victory over Northern Tigers.
On the table Central Coast are still the leaders with Blacktown Spartans, the Skillaroos, Macarthur Rams and Western NSW Panthers completing the top five. They are very closely followed by Mounties Wanderers, Spirit FC, Schofields Scorpions and West Sydney Berries. The next group involves Sydney University, Dulwich Hill, Granville Rage, Fraser Park and Northern Tigers.
Grade 14
Central Coast moved to the top of the table when they produced an amazing 4-0 victory over previous leaders Fraser Park who have now slipped back to second while Blacktown Spartans moved up two places to third when they were 3-1 winners over Western NSW Panthers who have fallen back one place to seventh. The Panthers goal came from Jesse Lane.
Sydney University dropped back one place to fourth when they were beaten 3-0 by Dulwich Hill who have risen one place to sixth and Spirit FC slipped back to fifth after they had the bye this week.
Eighth placed Mounties Wanderers suffered a 1-0 loss to eleventh placed Northern Tigers, ninth placed Granville Rage were 5-1 winners over twelfth placed West Sydney Berries and tenth placed Macarthur Rams came up with a 2-0 victory when they faced thirteenth placed Schofields Scorpions.
In catch-up action from Round 6 Schofields Scorpions went down 1-0 to Dulwich Hill while from Round 8 Spirit FC were 3-0 winners over Western NSW Panthers and the match between Fraser Park and Sydney University was a 1-1 draw and from Round 9 Mounties Wanderers lost 2-1 to Central Coast and Granville Rage defeated Northern Tigers 4-1.

Mounties Wanderers have remained at the top of the table following their 2-1 success over Northern Tigers who have dropped one place to ninth while Blacktown Spartans are still in second spot thanks to their 3-0 victory over Western NSW Panthers who have slipped back one place to sixth.
Dulwich Hill climbed one place to third when they were 4-0 winners over Sydney University who have fallen back one position to eighth and Spirit FC are now fourth after they had the bye this week.

In catch-up action from Round 6 Schofields Scorpions lost 4-0 to Dulwich Hill while from Round 8 Spirit FC defeated Western NSW Panthers 3-1 and   Fraser Park lost 2-1 to Sydney University and from Round 9 Mounties Wanderers went down 2-1 to Central Coast.

Grade 16
Granville Rage jumped two places to the top of the table when they were 1-0 winners over eighth placed West Sydney Berries. That result has forced Spirit FC back to second spot after they had the bye this week while Sydney University have fallen back to third following their 3-1 loss to tenth placed Dulwich Hill
Central Coast climbed one place to fourth when they came up with a 1-0 win over Fraser Park who have fallen back to fifth and sixth placed Blacktown Spartans battled out a 2-2 draw with seventh placed Western NSW Panthers.
Northern Tigers remained at ninth after they had downed twelfth placed Mounties Wanderers with a 1-0 scoreline and thirteenth placed Schofields Scorpions posted their first three-pointer for the season when they were 2-1 winners over eleventh placed Macarthur Rams.
In catch-up action from Round 6 Schofields Scorpions were defeated 4-2 by Dulwich Hill and from Round 8 Spirit FC were 4-0 winners over Western NSW Panthers and Fraser Park came up with a 1-0 win over Sydney University while from Round 9 Mounties Wanderers produced a 2-0 victory over Central Coast and Granville Rage downed Northern Tigers 4-1.

Grade 18
Northern Tigers scooted two places up the ladder to the top spot when they were 3-2 winner over Mounties Wanderers who have fallen back two places to ninth while Spirit FC had the bye this week and that has forced them back to second place.
Granville Rage dropped one place to third when they lost 6-3 to West Sydney Berries who have jumped two places to eighth and Fraser Park remained at fourth even though they lost 2-0 to eleventh placed Central Coast.
Western NSW Panthers climbed one place to fifth thanks to their 3-2 victory over Blacktown Spartans who have slipped back to sixth, with Jacob Harris  scoring a hat-trick for the Panthers while Macarthur Rams picked up one place to eighth when they won 2-1 over thirteenth placed Schofields Scorpions and Sydney University dropped one place to tenth when they were held to a 1-1 draw by twelfth placed Dulwich Hill.
In catch-up action from Round 6 Schofields Scorpions went down 5-1 to Dulwich Hill while from Round 8 Spirit FC lost 3-1 when they faced Western NSW Panthers and Fraser Park were defeated 1-0 by Sydney University and from Round 9 Mounties Wanderers were beaten 2-1 by Central Coast and Granville Rage were 1-0 winners over Northern Tigers.
On the table Granville Rage returned to the top of the table with Northern Tigers, Spirit FC, Fraser Park and Western NSW Panthers completing the top five. Right behind them are Blacktown Spartans, Macarthur Rams, Sydney University Central Coast. The final grouping involves West Sydney Berries, Mounties Wanderers, Dulwich Hill and Schofields Scorpions.
