Waratah Cup Round 2 Fixtures announced

Round 2 has seen all NSW Super League teams enter the fray as they tackle the likes of clubs from State Leagues 1 and 2, Illawarra Premier League, ACT Premier League and various Association teams from across NSW.
2011 Waratah Cup Finalists Mounties Wanderers have won a date with ACT Premier League Champions Canberra FC who have earned a spot after recording wins in both the Preliminary and Round 1 matches.
Illawarra Premier League Champions coached by Norm Boardman take on Sutherland Shire Association side Lilli Pilli while there will be an all University affair as Sydney University take on arch rivals University of NSW in what should be a blockbuster match with a healthy crowd expected.
Former NSW Premier League side Bankstown City Lions have been drawn against State League 1 outfit Hurstville ZSC while fellow Super League side Bankstown Berries take on Granville District Association?s Rydalmere FC.
ACT side Canberra Olympic travel to Popondetta Park to face State League One side Mt Druitt Town Rangers while there will be an all NSW Super League affair as Macarthur Rams take on Northern Tigers.
Central Coast Mariners? Academy squad have turned some heads thus far and will be hoping to get to round 3 of the tournament with their encounter against State League 1 side Southern Bulls while an interesting clash will be held at St George Stadium as St George FC face State League 1 high flyers Gladesville Ryde Magic.
St George Association?s Sans Souci face a tough task as they entertain NSW Super League side Dulwich Hill while Eastern Suburbs Association?s Bondi FC travel to the Hills District to take on Super League side Hills Brumbies.
One of the in-form Association sides hailing from the Eastern Suburbs, Waverly Old Boys face Prospect United in what should be an interesting clash.
Round 3 will see all NSW Premier League clubs enter the fray so spots for this round will be up for grabs.
