Central Coast suburbs Hamlyn Terrace and Wadalba played host to the 2013 NSW Primary School Sports Association Girls Football State Carnival that kicked off on the 28th of May and concluded on the 30th.
Some great football was played by some of the state’s promising young female football stars in what was a memorable event for all participants involved.
A total of 13 teams and over 200 young female footballers were pooled in two pools with teams such as Sydney East ,CIS, Sydney South West, North Coast, South Coast, North West, Western, Mackillop, Sydney North, Hunter, Sydney West, Riverina and Polding all going head to head with each other. 
In what was a thrilling final the honours were shared between Sydney East and Sydney North who drew 1-1 and were crowned joint winners.
